Everyone has basic needs, though the specifics may vary from person to person. Psychologist Abraham Maslow developed a hierarchy of needs<\/a> that illustrates the essentials that most humans must fulfill to feel satisfied with their lives. The ladder, from lowest to highest, lists these important essentials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
